Is driving growth through CRO right up your alley? 

Being a part of a rapidly scaling SaaS company, there’s plenty of places to sink your teeth into when it comes to finding growth. Be it optimizing and perfecting user experience through testing and analysing or supporting conversion with marketing automation. If these are your bread and butter, then there's a good chance you’re the missing piece in our Growth Marketing team.

So far our Growth Marketing team has been focusing mostly on optimization and getting our internal reporting in great shape. Now, we need someone like you to plan and drive marketing activities specifically in the space where conversion happens. 

👋 In case we haven’t met before, here’s Supermetrics in a nutshell

  • We build marketing and business data connectors that help over half a million people get data. Literally.
  • Our more well-known customers include HubSpot, Shopify, L’Oreal, Disney, Dyson, and WarnerBros (but we also serve thousands of agencies and smaller companies). 
  • Supermetrics was officially founded in 2013 as a result of our CEO Mikael’s will to win a Google t-shirt (which he did!). We’ve been profitable and growing ever since.
  • But enough about us, let’s talk about you!

What would your role as our Senior Growth Marketing Manager look like?

You’ll own CRO and email automation experiments on the Supermetrics website, onboarding email flows and payment/conversion pages. Run split tests via Google Optimize/Exponea Experiments/or equivalent to drive more trials, more purchases from said trials, and higher deal sizes.

You'd be responsible for... 

  • Being the experimentation advocate at Supermetrics
  • Driving more trials by removing bottlenecks in trial funnels
  • Partnering with Product Marketing Managers / PM’s to increase product adoption during trial
  • Using email marketing (behavioral triggers and nurturing campaigns) to increase activation, conversion rates, and customer retention
  • Improving purchase conversion rates by improving the buying experience with constant experimentation
  • Owning the Visit -> Trial -> Purchase conversion rate metrics for self-serve products
  • Designing, running, and analyzing experiments

The skills and experience you need to be successful:

  • +5 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation
  • +2 years of experience working in a SaaS company
  • Experience working with front-end web technologies
  • Solid CRM foundation – expert level experience from at least one provider
  • Experience designing and implementing email automation scenarios
  • Experience working with web analytics and BI tools
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
