We’re looking for a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Analytics & Insights team!
🧩 You will make an impact by…
Having a key role in enabling strategic decision-making based on data, performing deep dives and turning them into recommendations and actionable insights.
You’ll work with different departments (such as product, customer success, customer experience) and build visualizations on top of pre-processed data, answering business questions of the end-user. You’ll perform ad hoc analyses related to e.g. churn, new product features, customer onboarding, pricing experiments or customer lifecycle.
You’ll also discover and build new ML models and data products to optimize product development or business functions. We’re looking for someone who can help us improve our analytics, data science and machine learning processes.
Ideally, you’ll be located in Helsinki but other remote options in Finland are negotiable. Nevertheless, we work tightly together online by having daily catch-ups with the team!
🔧 Technologies you’ll be working with:
- Google Cloud Platform
- Jupyter labs or other analytics tools
💪 This role is for you if you have:
- +5 years hands-on experience with data analytics, data science or machine learning
- Senior-level expertise visualizing and analyzing data with tools and languages such as Python, R, Looker, Jupyter, Hex
- Excellent SQL knowledge and experience in working with data warehouses such as BigQuery
- Analytical mindset, commercial understanding and excellent data visualization skills
- Hands-on attitude, actively looking for problems to solve with data science
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Prior work experience in a Saas Business or marketing analytics environment is a plus, but not required
