Dear future colleague! 


We are looking for you, our fellow people enthusiast. Throughout the past 5 years we’ve grown from 1 to 7 to 16 to 32 to 80 people. This year, we’re looking forward to doubling the team again by adding up to 80 new members to our Super team across 3 offices. As you can imagine, we need you to help make it happen. There’s still so much we can discover and do to engage with the amazing talents we wish to make a part of our team. Do you want to help us? 

We can assure you there are no boring days here at Supermetrics as no two days are alike! You get to meet new people, have interesting discussions and have fun with your colleagues. We love to innovate and come up with new ideas for making us more known as a great place to work, and we’d love to have you on board as well to ideate and execute these amazing ideas!

Our sales team & tech team especially needs more colleagues, so maybe sales or tech recruitments would be a great start for you? You can take ownership of the whole recruitment cycle! We trust and support each other, so you’re not alone.

Your skills and experience include

  • 2+ year of experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing and contacting prospective candidates
  • Positive and persistent attitude
  • Great organizational skills to manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish 
  • Strong verbal and written English skills - no need for Finnish!
