We are looking for you, our fellow people and tech enthusiast. Throughout the past 5 years we’ve grown from 1 to 32 to 80 people, and just reached the magical number of 100 awesome Supermetrics team members. This year, we’re looking forward to doubling the team again by adding up to 80 new members to our Super team across 3 offices. As you can imagine, we need you to help make it happen. There’s still so much we can discover and do to engage with the amazing talents we wish to make a part of our team. Do you want to help us? 🚀

Right now, we are looking for an experienced tech recruiter and HR generalist whose main task will be to take our engineering recruitment to the next level. The role also includes a splash of general HR responsibilities. While our team lead Marika is on her maternity leave, you’ll also be our interim team lead for that time.

Maybe you’ve worked in a startup or scaleup, and are a wizard with finding the best developers on the market? You can take ownership of the whole recruitment cycle and will support team leads in general HR matters. We trust and support each other, so you’re not alone.

We have such an awesome crew of talented people here that sometimes you just feel like pinching yourself. 📚Your skills and experience include

  • 4+ year of experience in talent acquisition for technical profiles, including sourcing and contacting prospective candidates and interviewing
  • Some experience in general HR matters
  • Positive and persistent attitude
  • Great organizational skills to manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish 
  • Strong verbal and written English skills - no need for Finnish!
