We are looking for a People Generalist  to join our amazing Vilnius team with the main focus on recruitment, HR and office management. This role is great for someone who enjoys working with a variety of tasks - we can assure you there are no boring days here at Supermetrics as no two days are alike!

🧩 Why will you become an integral part of our team?

We have an amazing team and a really cozy, custom designed office in the heart of Vilnius that we all just love. We’re hoping to grow our team even more and we need you to make it happen! You’d have a dual-role in supporting and powering our recruitments as well as taking on various HR and administrative tasks around the office. 

 

🦸What kind of talent are you?

You’ve dipped your toes into the world of talent acquisition/recruitment and love the concrete nature of culture building through hiring. 

You love when things flow smoothly and the almost tangible happiness of people around that follows as a result of your work. Managing an office means creating a place and pace for the daily life inside - be it coffee and snacks deliveries, overseeing our cleaning services supplier or organizing a team lunch, event or our gear and boardgames into places that make sense. 

 

 🛠You have these skills and experience in your toolkit:

  • Some previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition (plus points for experience for technical profiles, including sourcing and contacting prospective candidates)
  • Superior organizational skills - where there is chaos, you create order and systems to make things efficient (but not rigid!)
  • Experience from managing an office and different service providers
  • You feel at ease with negotiating purchases and doing procurement for services and things 
  • You have great language skills in Lithuanian and English 
  • Being flexible to doing ad hoc tasks is very much in your comfort zone

 

🌟How would you use your skills and experience in your daily work?

This role would be roughly 70% of recruitment and 30% of HR and office management related tasks. 

 

Recruitment 

  • Writing job posts and reviewing applications
  • Candidate communication
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Promoting the Vilnius office on different platform

HR & Office

  • Be our primary contact for office service providers (cleaning, deliveries for snacks, drinks etc) and manage our ongoing contracts
  • Do general organizing around the office, think of how to best utilize our space (where do we keep swag, games etc.)
  • Actively develop our office services - think we could try out something new or improve? Awesome!
  • Take care of ordering stuff from furniture, hardware and office gear to fruit baskets and coffee beans, making sure we have enough stock
  • Helping out with events organizing
  • Making sure new employees have everything ready on their first day
  • Other administrative work, e.g. assisting in invoice management
